“How do you define success?” Michael Alden has the pleasure of sitting down and speaking with the CEO of Trellis, Isaiah Bollinger, to discuss the obstacles that he had to over come and the steps he took that got him to where he is today.

So how does Isaiah define success? “A feeling of accomplishing your goals, and putting yourself into a position to be something better than what you are today.” He proceeds to talk about the obstacles he faced when trying to start his own company and how critical it was to elect the right kind of people to join his team.
