We have experience reading and writing most common X12 EDI file types, like 840, 846 and 856. Our integrations can work with all Magento 2 versions and AS400 versions so that we can allow clients that are on AS400 to have the best of breed technology that is Magento without worrying about upgrading to a new ERP. Trellis is capable of standing up a fully custom integration server on AWS and utilizing REST and GraphQL APIs to handle communication between your eCommerce platform and your IBM mainframe. We've also leveraged the Celigo iPaaS platform on some of our projects to more quickly facilitate creating these integrations and packaging in their 24/7 monitoring and robust error management services.

The most critical information to pass from Adobe Commerce to the AS/400 are the orders that the customers place. We will pass all order information from Adobe Commerce to AS/400 and send back tracking information so that customers can see their full order status information on the website.
Shipping Updates Sync
AS/400 is the system of record for ensuring your orders are fulfilled. Adobe Commerce (Magento) will consume AS/400 data so that shipping updates are provided to the customer throughout their online ordering experience.

Integration Technical Overview
This is a bidirectional workflow between Adobe Commerce & Netsuite. Adobe Commerce to Netsuite: Adobe Commerce makes API requests to Integrator.io integration services. Integrator.io Services make API calls to Netsuite and returns result. E.g. order entry from Adobe Commerce to Netsuite Netsuite to Adobe Commerce: Integrator.io Integration services receive Netsuite environment. Services make API calls to Adobe Commerce to update information. E.g. order ships from Netsuite to Adobe Commerce
