Project Brief

Acme Smoked Fish has been around for over 100 years based out of Brooklyn, New York. They have evolved their business into a leading provider of fish products that they sell to major grocery chains around the United States. They have developed several brands that you will see around most grocery stores and are a staple of the smoke fish industry.

Acme Smoked Fish has matured their business to require significantly more advanced technology. This included their recent CIO hire who is implementing their new ERP, Infor 3m. Along with 3m they needed a partner who could implement eCommerce and integrate with an enterprise ERP. They needed someone who understands the complexities of B2C and B2b eCommerce.

Results

We developed a brand new corporate site and eCommerce site all in one on the Magento Commerce cloud platform. This gives Acme Smoked fish the potential to scale their corporate content, b2c eCommerce, and B2b eCommerce all in one software, consolidating costs and keeping it simpler for the customer! We have developed a roadmap and strategy to integrate with Infor M3 so that they will have a seamless buying experience online for all customers.
