As a result of our ongoing collaboration, Tomboy X has seen significant improvements in both their internal error management and fulfillment processes. Trellis implemented tailored solutions that were not only designed to meet their immediate needs but also support their long-term growth objectives:
Error Management
1). Slack Integration: Errors are automatically sent to a dedicated Slack channel, enabling immediate notifications to the relevant teams for fast action.
2). Error Grouping: Errors are grouped by type, which helps identify recurring issues and trends, simplifying troubleshooting efforts.
3). Flow Links: Each error notification includes a direct link to the specific Celigo flow causing the issue, speeding up the resolution process.
Fulfillment Integration
In addition to improving error management, we’re also working with Tomboy X to optimize their fulfillment integration with their third-party logistics provider, XB. Previously, carrier information from XB wasn’t being correctly transferred to Shopify via NetSuite, causing delays and inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process. Trellis worked directly with XB to ensure that carrier information flows seamlessly into Shopify, improving the accuracy and speed of fulfillment.
By addressing their error handling challenges and optimizing fulfillment integrations, Tomboy X is now poised to see significant improvements in their operational efficiency. The real-time error notifications and streamlined fulfillment processes will not only save time but also reduce friction in their operations, allowing them to scale and grow with confidence.
